The implementation of this decree will greatly increase the cost of exporting down products from China and form a new trade barrier to the export of down products from my country.

If it needs to be tested abroad, the increased cost may be greater.”
It is understood that the cost of fabrics accounts for more than half of the cost of new down jackets with waterproof and anti-slip properties, and the fabrics of other down products also account for a large proportion of the cost. Therefore, the new requirements for fabrics proposed by the United States will greatly increase the cost of testing and improving fabrics for companies.
