However, in special circumstances, such as heavy rain, or the water outside has a certain pressure, the water will still will penetrate inside. The general test standard for splash-proof fabrics is AATCC-127. You have to wait until the third drop of water appears to judge whether it is qualified or not.

Waterproof fabric can withstand a certain amount of water pressure, and the quality of the fabric is judged by the amount of water pressure it can withstand.
