4. Operation conditions of continuous pad-dyed fabrics with sulfur dyes
After the dry fabrics are transported to the three-roll pad car from the fabric feed frame, they are dipped in the second-pad sulfur dye solution and then enter a certain amount of vat dye solution for long evaporation. The box restores steam for 40 to 60 seconds, and the steaming temperature is 105 to 108°C. The steam box comes out of the two-roll rolling car and then enters the small steam box for steaming. It is washed with hot and cold water in a nine-compartment flat washing tank, dried by a double-column drying drum dryer, and then introduced into the stacking car from the cloth drop rack.
5. Operation status of continuous pad-dyed fabrics with reactive dyes
Pad-dying with reactive dyes is divided into one-bath method and two-bath method. When the one-bath pad dyeing method is used to dye reactive dyes, the fabric is pad-dyed, pre-baked by two rows of infrared rays and dried in a drying drum, then steamed or baked to fix the color, and then soaped and washed. When using the two-bath pad dyeing method, the fabric is first dipped in pad dyeing solution, pre-baked and dried, then padded in fixing solution, enters the steaming box to steam and fix the color, washed and soaped, dried, and finally dropped. The cloth rack is introduced into the cloth stacking car.
The temperature and time of steaming and baking are mainly determined by the reaction performance and diffusion performance of the dye.
