Recently, a manufacturer of nylon fabrics in Shanghai found us through the Internet. After communicating with the customer, we learned that the customer wanted to give a batch of existing nylon fabrics a fluorine-free waterproof finish and required 10 washes, using GB standard GB. /T 4745-1997 and spray method, water repellent level 3 or above.
After understanding the customer’s requirements, our company first tested and evaluated different fluorine-free waterproofing agents. After testing, our fluorine-free Texnology® M380 can achieve level 3 water repellency, and the nylon fabric still maintains a good waterproof effect after being washed 10 times. Later, our company recommended fluorine-free Texnology® M380 to customers for testing.
After the customer took samples back for testing, he reported to us that the effect was satisfactory and purchased a batch of goods from our company for production.
The developed fluorine-free waterproofing agent Texnology® M380 has outstanding water-repellent properties and has passed ZDHC MRSL2.0 certification. It is green and environmentally friendly and complies with international environmental standards. It is suitable for waterproofing finishing of cellulose fibers, synthetic fibers and their blended fabrics.
