Previously, a manufacturer specializing in sofa fabrics found out through online searches that our company is developing and producing textiles. The customer currently has a batch of sofa fabrics that need to be waterproofed. He hopes that we will require the use of low-temperature carbon six waterproofing agents in accordance with the AATCC22 waterproof testing standards. Treatment, waterproof reaches 85 points or more. According to the customer’s requirements and fabric samples, our staff analyzed and tested the fabric and determined the process: Texnology® FCB060 low-temperature carbon six 3%, one dip and one rolling (pressure: 3kg) → drying and baking (150℃* 3~5min). After customers finished finishing the fabrics through the process we recommended, they reported good test results. Finally, the customer purchased a batch of goods from our company for production and received the customer’s order.
