2. Light stains:

Reasons: The fabric is opaque after scouring, and dye-repellent substances remain on the surface of the dye base; after direct dye dyeing, it encounters water droplets when the color is not fixed, causing light stains; reactive dyes are rolled and pushed, and the film is not wrapped tightly enough, causing condensation. Water penetrates into the fabric roll causing stains and stains.

3.Dark stains:

Reasons: There are pulp stains on the fabric, which appear dark stains after dyeing; when dyeing with sulfur dyes, the semi-finished product is unevenly desized and unclean, or local air-drying alkali spot dyeing will produce erythema, etc.

Solution:

There should be no stained wax on the dye base;
