④工艺条件不合理,导致整理剂分解或交联不充分。

⑶Prevention methods: </p

①选用阻燃效果优良的阻燃剂或采用不同阻燃效果的阻燃剂混合使用。

②确定合适的阻燃剂浓度及合适的轧余率,保持织物上的整理剂含量在10%~20%之间。过高,会使织物的强力大幅度下降。

③浸轧时,轧辊左右的压力要均匀,防止浸轧不匀。
