Although the operation is simple, it takes a long time; the latter is made by coating the copper surface with a special substance, which is short in time, but the surface coating is easy to fall off and has poor performance. Difference. Xu Feiyan’s team made the etching process of the copper surface controllable through selective etching of high-energy crystal planes. The copper surface obtained through this method has a polyhedral protrusion-like rough structure, and the surface of the copper sheet is uniformly etched, solving the above-mentioned problem.
