The acid-proof, alkali-proof, waterproof and oil-proof coated fabric developed and produced by this project has acid and alkali resistance indicators far exceeding the national standards, and has good washability and good hand feel.
1 Protection Principle
1.1 The first layer of barrier effect
Performing advanced waterproof and oil-proof treatment on the outer layer of the fabric reduces its surface energy, making it difficult for acids and alkalis to adhere to the surface, and delaying the impact of acids and alkali on the fabric. penetration and cause damage. At the same time, the chemical inertness of perfluorinated compounds is not easily destroyed by acids and alkali, so it has the effect of resisting acid, alkali and oil pollution.
1.2 The second layer of barrier function
Coating the fabric base fabric with acid and alkali resistant chemical materials, such as acrylate, polyurethane, rubber, tetrafluoroethylene, etc., to form a protective film that is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. It can reduce the damage of acid and alkali to textile fibers.
2 Experimental part
2.1 Preparation of acid-proof and alkali-proof coating glue
After screening, the modified acrylate coating glue C-103 (domestic) with excellent acid and alkali resistance, good film-forming performance and soft feel was selected. At the same time, in order to further improve the poly Acid resistance of acrylic film Alkaline, latex CA, an acid and alkali resistant material with a C-C main chain structure, is introduced; in order to improve the blending effect, surfactant B can be added; in order to improve strength and prevent the surface from becoming sticky, anti-sticking agent Cs is added; cross-linking agent sp The function is to improve the bonding fastness.
Preparation process:
Add 1 part of surfactant B to the acrylic coating glue C-103, stir and disperse, then slowly drop an appropriate amount of acid and alkali resistant material CA while stirring, and then add 2 parts respectively. Cross-linking agent sp and 2 parts anti-sticking agent Cs.

2.3 Coating and finishing technology
2.3.1 Coating technology
It is possible to evenly apply the anti-acid and anti-alkali glue on the surface of the fabric to form a continuous protective film, while taking into account the wear performance requirements such as hand feel. If the fabric does not undergo waterproofing pretreatment, the coating glue will penetrate into the gaps in the fabric and feel hard. After waterproofing pre-treatment, the coating glue forms a thin film on the surface of the fabric, making it softer to the touch. However, the water prevention effect needs to be controlled. If the waterproof effect is too good, it will affect the bonding fastness and lead to a decrease in wash resistance.
Coating process: pretreatment (1.5% waterproofing agent, 70% liquid padding rate, one dip and one padding) → drying and baking → direct coatingLayer (floating knife type, 1.0-2.5min) → drying (120-160℃×1min)
2.3.2 Post-finishing process
Perform advanced waterproof and oil-proof treatment on the coated fabric to reduce its Surface energy to achieve acid and alkali repellent effect.
Fabric padding waterproofing agent after coating (60-80g/L waterproof and oil repellent agent, 15g/L cross-linking agent) → drying → baking (l60℃×2min)
