Drying work
1. Set the drying method according to the characteristics of the clothes and customer requirements.
2. Dry clothes of different colors in separate cylinders. If the clothes being dried have fading, the dryer must be cleaned before drying another color
to prevent the clothes from staining. 3. The drying temperature must be determined by the administrator, who shall notify the person in charge of drying, and record the drying time clearly. The decision shall be made according to different fabrics and clothing sizes. The cold air time shall be determined according to the feel required by the customer. The cold air time range is: 0-4 hours. Inside.
4. After receiving the washed shrink cloth, it should be dried together with the bulk goods. After drying, it should be placed in the shrinking room to be loosened and the time of starting loose cloth should be recorded in the loose cloth record book.
5. After drying, if the team leader confirms that the clothes are OK, 10 pieces of clothes will be tied up and separated into separate sheets and placed in the post-wash and dye area before being sent to QC for collection.If the dried clothes are not OK after being confirmed by the team leader, they will be marked and recorded clearly, and they will be sent away after they are reworked until they are OK.
