Rope washing machine – loose rope washing machine
The main feature of the loose rope washing machine is that the single-head rope fabric is dipped and washed in a relaxed state. It is suitable for cleaning rope fabrics that cannot withstand too much tension, such as printed interlinings or knitted fabrics.
Since the rope-like fabric is relaxed and impregnated in the lotion, it helps the dirt to spread into the lotion. However, the vehicle speed is limited by the structure of the equipment and cannot be too fast. It is generally only 50-80m/min to avoid multiple passes. The wound rope-like fabric becomes entangled and knotted in the lotion, causing the fabric to break or be damaged, affecting normal production.
The loose rope washing machine is shown in Figure 4-2. It is usually composed of a group of 3 to 5 machines. The fabric is introduced into the groove in a ring shape, and passes through 3 to 5 grooves successively. It is dipped in the groove and pad washed between the two rollers, and then the fabric is discharged after being rolled by a small pad car. .
The rolling groove is generally made of cast iron, with an open top and an arc-shaped bottom. A partition with holes is installed in the tank to separate the tank into front and rear parts. The upper part of the partition is equipped with a distribution rod to separate the cloth rings of the groove. A direct steam pipe is installed under the partition to facilitate heating of the washing liquid. A water inlet pipe and an overflow port are installed on the side of the tank, and a drain plug is installed at the bottom of the tank. A square roller is installed at the slot where the rope-like fabric enters the slot to swing the fabric into the slot. There is no cloth guide roller in the groove. The rollers, bearings, frames, transmission equipment, etc. on the tank are similar to those of the old tight rope washing machine.
