Continuous pad dyeing machine – maintenance and operation precautions
1. Equipment maintenance
Please see Table 7-1 and Table 7-2 for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
2. Operation precautions
(1) Before driving, you should make all driving preparations and check them in detail; you need to contact the front and rear machine operators and follow the operating procedures at low speed Start the entire vehicle transmission until it runs normally, and then gradually accelerate to normal vehicle speed.
(2) Strictly control the temperature of the dye solution in the base and color pad trough and the uniformity of the dye solution flowing into it. Always pay attention to the liquid level and temperature automatic control device.
(3) The pressure at both ends of the base and color pad rollers must be consistent to prevent color differences on both sides of the fabric.
(4) The drying temperatures of infrared dryers and drum dryers must be strictly controlled to prevent dye migration and color differences between the front and back sides.
(5) The temperature of the reduction steamer must meet the process requirements.
(6) It is necessary to keep the surface of each roller, guide roller and drying cylinder clean. Make use of the planned parking time and perform minor cleaning 1 to 2 times a week.
(7) When cleaning each flat washing tank, attention should be paid to preventing wrinkles on the fabric to avoid streak defects.
(8) Pay attention to whether the expansion thread roller and bending roller used are expanded normally to avoid causing thread printing stripes and weft bending defects.
