Using a gas combustion heating device, the gas consumption is 76m3/h during heating and 40m3/h under normal conditions. The upper row is installed with 12 main and passive guide rollers each with an outer diameter of 100mm covered with stainless steel. The active roller is driven by a 0.49N m torque motor; the lower row is installed with 25 passive guide rollers with an outer diameter of 100mm covered with stainless steel. The top and bottom of the machine are heating chambers, which are equipped with gas burners and electric spark gas automatic ignition devices. The air volume of the circulating centrifugal fan is 16600m3/h, and the high-humidity hot air is discharged from the main air duct to each air nozzle (wind speed is 16m/s). The temperature automatic control system is equipped with a two-position three-way pilot solenoid valve and a diaphragm valve that automatically adjusts the gas intake. Three cold water rollers with an outer diameter of 300mm and covered with stainless steel are driven by 0.98N m torque motors and installed in the drying room area to reduce the cloth temperature. An exhaust fan is installed on the roof of the drying room with an air volume of 3320m3/h.
5. Cooling roller
A cooling roller is installed behind the drying machine to quickly reduce the temperature of the cloth surface , prevent permanent wrinkles in fabrics.
