1. Equipment maintenance
You can refer to the equipment maintenance regulations introduced in the previous chapters, such as rolling cars, steamers, dryers, etc.
2. Operation precautions
(1) Precautions for the operation, use and installation of the main and passive rollers of the two-roll uniform rolling machine:
① The pressure at both ends of the left and right pressurized cylinders and the oil in the rollers must be controlled The size of the pressure should be adjusted and selected according to the “uniform pressure indicator” on the control box. Their relationship should be within the uniform area. Generally, it is appropriate for the oil pressure to be slightly higher than the air pressure, but it is not allowed to exceed 98.2kPa.
②The lower part of the control box is equipped with a snake-shaped tube, which can pass in cooling water or steam to adjust the viscosity of the pressure oil.
③This machine is fully installed and tested in the manufacturing factory, and the user uses the support as a hoist for the entire machine.
④ After installation, all air pressure and oil pressure pipelines should be short-circuited and ventilated and cleaned with oil.
⑤ Preparations before driving:
a1 Clean the entire car and wipe the roller surface carefully.
Inject No. 70 engine oil into the b1 fuel tank and pay attention to the position of the oil mark.
c1 Check the tensioning device to ensure that the tension spring tension on both sides of the roller is even.
d1 Do all electrical preparation work for driving.
⑥ Increase the vehicle speed to 50m/min, the air pressure to 147.3kPa, and the oil pressure to 171.9kPa. Measure the oil leakage of the main and passive rollers respectively, and they shall not be greater than 1.5kg/min.
⑦ After the roller has been running for 2 hours, adjust the air pressure and oil pressure to 314.2kPa and 343.8kPa respectively. But under normal circumstances, the air pressure and oil pressure used are 196.4kPa and 216kPa respectively.
⑧The engine oil added to the oil pump for the first time should be replaced after 3 months. After that, it can be replaced 1 to 2 times a year, with a capacity of about 270kg.
⑨ Precautions for disassembling and reinstalling the roll:
a1 First drain the oil in the roll, and then place the roll on the special bracket. The “↑” mark on the end face of the roll shaft should be upward.
b1 Use a special drawing die to disassemble all the parts of the passive end.
When assembling and disassembling c1, pay great attention to the protection of the axial sealing strip. When an M6 screw hole appears on the pulled-out mandrel, a special tool guide should be installed.
d1 When reassembling, all parts should be cleaned, and the process is the opposite to that of disassembly. If the axial sealing strip is replaced, it must be shortened by 0.15 to 0.25mm compared to the corresponding size to prevent thermal expansion.
When the mandrels at both ends of the e1 main and passive rolls are installed on the pressure frame of the machine frame, it should be noted that the “↑” arrows on the end faces of the two roll shafts are marked at relative positions (i.e., on the horizontal line opposite to the arrows).
(2) Precautions for the installation, adjustment and use of the temperature automatic control device:
① The temperature detector should be installed at the average temperature of the dye solution and tightened. If the neck of the detector needs to be bent into an arc shape, The arc radius shall not be less than 50mm to avoid failure of the measurement system.
②The installation position of the regulating valve should be as close to the dye liquid as possible.
③Under normal circumstances, the cursor pointer pressure knife should be calibrated to the “indirect action” position.
④The outlet pressure of the compressed air pressure reducing valve should be 117.8kPa.
⑤ When the regulating temperature of the regulating system is the actual temperature, the compressed air pressure at the outlet should drop to 58.9kPa±5.89kPa, and the regulating valve will be half-open.
⑥The temperature difference in the regulating system is ±3℃ of the actual temperature, which means the regulating system is in good condition. If the temperature difference is greater than or equal to ±4°C, it means that the proportional range is too small. You must enlarge the proportional range, or check whether the pipeline is leaking and whether the regulating valve capacity is too small.
(3) Precautions for the installation, adjustment and use of the liquid level automatic control device:
①Adjust the pressure reducer pressure of the regulator to 98.2~108kPa.
② When the dye liquid in the pad dyeing tank is at a high liquid level, the bubble detector should eject 3 to 4 bubbles.
③The adjustment method of the limiter is to remove or re-place the baffle on the regulator, and the regulating valve will open or close at the same time; the action time of the regulator without valve action is about 12 to 16 seconds, with The action time of the valve action regulator is about 4 to 5 seconds.
④ The reason why the regulating valve does not open may be due to factors such as low compressed air pressure, improper fixed-point adjustment position, improper adjustment of the limiter, clogging of the regulator nozzle, jamming of the regulating valve, and malfunction of the bubbler. Adjust processing.
⑤ The reason for the fluctuation of the control loop may be that the proportion range is too small, the regulating valve is too large, the regulating valve is far away from the measurement point, and there is still too much liquid flowing in after the regulating valve is closed.
