Rope dyeing machine – high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine
The high temperature and high pressure coloring machine is developed from the general coloring machine.
The difference between it and the normal pressure coloring machine is that it is sealed and the equipment can withstand high temperature and high pressure. Therefore, it can be used for coloring polyester and its blended chemical fiber knitted fabrics.
Some synthetic fiber knitted fabrics are often colored in an open-width state on a high-temperature and high-pressure warp beam coloring machine (see Figure 7-10) conduct.
First, the knitted fabric is wound on a hollow scroll beam with small holes on the surface, and then fed into the horizontal cylindrical stainless steel Inside the casing, it is sealed, pressurized, colored, and then processed. The dye liquor is transported by a centrifugal pump and circulates from the inside to the outside or from the outside to the inside through the warp beam.
If not done properly, this type of coloring will produce color differences between the inner, outer and middle sides of the fabric layer.
Based on the high-temperature and high-pressure coloring machine, a new type of high-temperature and high-pressure airflow coloring machine has been developed. This machine uses airflow to atomize the dye and transport the fabric, so that the fabric is soaked with liquid for continuous and rapid resting, thereby greatly reducing the liquor ratio, greatly reducing the consumption of dyes and industrial wastewater. This dyeing machine has a short dyeing cycle, good dyeing effect, no damage to the fabric, no wrinkles on the fabric after dyeing, and excellent hand feel. The M7201 high-temperature and high-pressure airflow dyeing machine shown in Figure 7-11 is a special product in the national “New Dyeing and Finishing Equipment and Process Technology One-stop Project” and was developed by Shaoyang Second Fabric Machinery Factory.
