Other dyeing equipment – loose fiber dyeing machine
This type of coloring equipment is suitable for coloring loose wool or other loose fibers in wool fabric dyeing and finishing factories.
1.NC464B type loose hair coloring machine
As shown in Figure 7-12, when the coloring machine is used for coloring, first load the washed loose hair evenly into the loose hair bucket, and then put the loose hair into the barrel when it is full. The wool bucket is hoisted into the dye tank, the top cover is pressed tightly, and the circulation pump is started. The dye liquid is ejected from the porous mandrel of the loose wool bucket, passes through the fiber layer, and then returns to the circulation pump.
The temperature and time of dyeing are controlled according to the heating process curve. After dyeing, the residual liquid is drained, clean water is injected, and the floating color on the fiber is washed by circulation, and then the loose wool bucket is lifted to take out the fiber. This machine can dye 100kg of wool each time.
2.GR201-50 high temperature and high pressure coloring machine
As shown in Figure 7-13, the main functions of the high temperature and high pressure coloring machine are: Used for dyeing polyester loose fibers, polyester wool balls and polyester skeins. Polyester is generally dyed at around 130°C. When dyeing at this temperature, its levelness and dye uptake are ideal. The GR201-50 high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine has three dyeing cages, which can hold 100kg of loose fiber or 50kg of skein. When dyeing, put the fiber into the dyeing cage. After it is full, use a crane to lift the dyeing cage into the dyeing tank. Cover the sealing cover, start the circulation pump to circulate the dye liquor, heat up the dye, and after dyeing, remove the residual liquor and inject Clean the fiber with clean water, open the top cover, lift out the dyeing cage, and take out the fiber.
