Rotary screen printing machine structure and working process
11 Structure of rotary screen printing machine
Figure 8-27 shows a type of horizontal rotary screen printing combined machine. Its basic composition is similar to that of an automatic flat screen printing machine, consisting of cloth feeding device, printing unit, hot air drying and cloth discharging. Only the flat screen with intermittent lifting and lowering is replaced by a continuously rotating cylindrical screen, and the intermittent operation of the guide belt is changed into continuous operation. The printing unit is the core part of the rotary screen printing machine. It is mainly composed of a cloth applicator, a scraping mechanism, a pattern device, a guide belt positioning device, a rotary screen and guide belt transmission device, and a guide belt cleaning mechanism.
21 Fabric operation conditions
The fabric is introduced by the fabric feeding device, heated by the preheating plate and then sent to the continuously running, non-woven fabric On the seamed annular printing guide belt, the fabric is flatly adhered to the surface of the printing guide belt that has been coated with cloth slurry (or thermoplastic resin) through the press roller, and runs continuously with the printing guide belt. When the fabric passes through the rotary screen, the color paste in each color rotary screen is printed on the fabric through the mesh holes under the action of the metal scraper. The fabric is then sent into a dryer with a conveyor net for drying. There is a positioning device below the guide belt, which can control the guide belt to prevent it from deviation during the cycle operation. There is a guide belt cleaning device at the bottom of the tail end, which can clean the remaining color paste and fluff on the guide belt.
