Long ring steamer
The long ring steaming machine is suitable for three processes: normal temperature and normal pressure, high temperature and normal pressure steaming and hot air baking. The fabric is in a hanging shape, and it is a single-sided steaming machine that loosely contacts the fabric. It is suitable for various dye and paint printing processes. According to the heat source, it can be divided into two types: hot oil and steam. According to the box structure, it can be divided into two types: bottomed and bottomless.
11 Bottomed Long Ring Steamer
Figure 8-35 shows a normal pressure bottomed high-temperature steamer, which can steam double-width or double-layer fabrics. The working range of this machine is divided into gears between 1600~3600mm, and the interval between each gear is 200mm; the vehicle speed is 4~40m/min, 5~50m/min, 8~80/min, 10~100m/min; the cloth capacity is 140~ It is divided into 420m gears, with an interval of 70m between each gear; the steaming time is 2.1~21min, 4.2~42min; the working temperature is 100~210℃; the loop length is 1.25~2.5m. The box is sealed
Bottom structure, there are steam seals at the entrance and exit of the cloth, and there is a direct steam nozzle at the bottom of the steamer to supply steam and moisture. There is indirect steam insulation on the top to prevent dripping. The moist air is sucked in through 4 centrifugal fans on the left and right sides of the lower part of the box, heated by hot oil heaters in the mezzanine air ducts on both sides of the box, the temperature can reach 185°C, and then sprayed from the top to the fabric, the steam is as shown in Figure 8- The route shown in 36 is circular. When saturated steam is used for steaming, there is no need to input hot oil into the heater. Instead, an external water tank filling type saturated steam generating device is used to spray saturated steam from the middle of both sides for normal temperature and normal pressure steaming.
Figure 8-37 shows the loop forming mechanism of the machine and the fabric loop forming process diagram.
There is an annular transmission chain on the left and right sides of the steamer with a pitch of 32mm. A set of clampers is installed symmetrically on the chain at a certain distance to clamp the suspension roller. During operation, there are always 5 suspension rollers on the lower transmission chain running with the transmission chain, and 33 rotation suspension rollers are placed on the guide rails. When the hanging roller passes under the feeding roller, the fabric is hung on the hanging roller to form a ring. Until the hanging roller is sent to the top guide rail, the clamper releases the hanging roller and separates it from the transmission chain. At this time, the two left and right cams installed at the entrance of the guide rail rotate once, pushing the cloth suspension roller into the guide rail and moving all the cloth suspension rollers forward by a center distance. Since each suspension roller is equipped with rollers at both ends and a sprocket meshing with the chain at one end, when the suspension roller is pushed by the cam on the guide rail, it can rotate in the opposite direction at a very low speed and automatically Changing the contact position between the hanging fabric and the hanging roller surface is beneficial to even steaming. After being separated from the fabric at the cloth outlet, the cloth suspension roller is clamped on the transmission chain by the clamper in turn, and continues to run in a cycle.
The loop length is related to the surface speed of the cloth feeding roller, the linear speed of the transmission chain and the distance between two adjacent sets of clamps, and can be adjusted separately according to process needs.
21 Bottomless long ring steamer
Figure 8-38 shows the bottomless long ring steamer. The working range of this machine is 1800mm, 2200mm, and 2800mm, and the speed is 20~60m/min. The fabric capacity is 180m, the steaming time is 3~9min, the working temperature is 100~210℃, and the loop length is 1.5~2.2m. The steamer box of this machine is rectangular, bottomless, and has a double-layer partition structure. There is a steam channel between the partitions, and the built-in heater acts as a thermal insulation to prevent condensation from forming on the box. Since steam is lighter than air, the steam floats on the upper part of the steamer. In addition, the steam sprayed from the top of the steamer also pushes the air downward, so that the air is quickly discharged from the bottom of the box. There is high-temperature steam inside the box, and room temperature air outside the box. The steam in the box condenses to form a mist layer at the bottom of the box, which separates the steam in the steam box from the air outside the box, forming a natural steam seal to block the steam inside the box from outside. The air and outdoor air enter the box, while the fabrics can freely enter and exit the steamer from the bottom of the box.
Soft water is stored in the lower part of the partitions on both sides of the steamer. There are direct steam pipes to heat the soft water to continuously vaporize it. The vaporized saturated steam rises from the middle of the double-layer partition to the top partition and passes through the middle round hole. squirting out. If high-temperature steaming is required, the interlayer is no longer heated. The superheated steam generated by the superheated steam generator is directly passed through the top partition and then sprayed into the steaming chamber. The steaming temperature can reach 185°C. There are slit-type suction vents around 20cm from the bottom of the box to discharge excess steam and part of the air to prevent steam from escaping from the bottom.
This machine adopts guide rods to form a ring. Many small guide rollers are installed at equal distances on an annular transmission chain on the left and right sides of the machine. The transmission chain performs intermittent transmission. When the fabric is continuously fed by the feeding roller, the small guide rollers The rollers stay still, and the fabric is suspended between the two small guide rollers. The guide rod presses the fabric downward from the top high position. When the loop length of the fabric reaches the required length, the guide rod touches the limit switch, causing it to rise back to the top. Staying at the high position, at this time the chain drives the small guide roller to move to a center distance position and then stays still, and the guide rod starts the second cycle. This kind of ring-forming mechanism has relatively simple action, convenient length control, reliable operation, and neat ring formation.
