11 Rope-shaped washing machine
Below the rope-shaped washing machine is generally a water tank. The volume is determined by the amount of silk. The transmission is an oval guide roller, made of wood, iron or stainless steel. Separate silk racks, baffles, etc., the fabric in the shape of a rope is brought into the water bath by the oval guide roller, soaked in the water appropriately, and then taken out by the oval disk, and the cycle is repeated. There are two ways of threading silk: one is the intermittent type, that is, each piece of silk is looped in a cycle to form its own cycle. Each washing machine can have 10 or 20 pieces of silk washed at the same time. It is calculated based on time. After one washing process is completed, the water is changed again. wash. 21 Open-width washing machine
Most common open-width washing machines are composed of multiple washing units. Only by arranging them reasonably can the ideal washing effect be achieved.

③Puffing chamber: It consists of four porous cylinders. After the fabric is impregnated in the prepreg tank, it enters the expansion chamber and is closely attached to the surface of the porous cylinder. The air convection in the cylinder is used to further penetrate the liquid into the fabric fibers. In addition, the surrounding cloth wearing method is adopted so that the fabric can stay in the puffing chamber for a longer time and be fully puffed.
④Open-width cylinder water washing device: The open-width cylinder water washing device is shown in Figure 10-23.
There are two porous cylinders installed in the water washing tank, and each cylinder is equipped with 1 to 2 sets of spray pipes. The filtered lotion in the washing tank is sprayed onto the surface of the fabric through a centrifugal pump. Due to the large spray pressure, part of the lotion can penetrate the fabric to achieve a powerful washing effect. The entire sink is a fully enclosed structure, and water seals are adopted for the cloth in and out, which effectively reduces energy consumption. The fabric is affected by both the liquid phase and the gas phase during operation. The increase in temperature increases the activity energy of dirt molecules and increases the diffusion coefficient of dirt; at the same time, due to the increase in temperature, the surface tension and viscosity of water decrease, accelerating the expansion and separation of dirt, and the water washing effect is significantly improved.
⑤ Relaxation washing tank: The fabric enters the relaxation washing tank after being washed in two grids of open width. Under the action of the liquid flow cloth feeding device, the fabric is stacked loosely between the upper and lower conveyor belts, and slowly advances with the conveyor belt. During the transportation process, the fabric is affected by the spray device, which sprays and washes the fabric from the front and back sides. At the same time, the spray action keeps the fabric in a wavy shape and naturally shrinks in a fully relaxed state.
⑥ Pad car: Between each water washing unit, there is a pad car or a high-efficiency water absorption device, which can effectively increase the speed of washing liquid exchange.
(2) Rotonet washing machine: Rotonet washing machine is a continuous, tension-free, fully loose washing machine. The machine consists of a six-compartment flat washing unit, a loose crawler trough, a vacuum water suction machine and a padding car. Between each washing unit, the principle of adjusting the voltage of the DC motor using the tension roller is used to adjust the speed of the front and rear units in time to control the fabric tension within a certain range. In the loose track groove, the fabric is folded in a wavy shape and runs without tension, ensuring the low tension and loose characteristics of the whole machine.
① Fabric feeding rack: adopts roll type or folding type cloth feeding. The cloth feeding rack is also equipped with automatic centering device, tension adjustment device and thread expansion device.
②Rotonet washing tank: The Rotonet washing tank is a stand-alone washing chamber structure, as shown in Figure 10-24.
After the fabric is expanded, it is sent into the washing chamber by the mesh conveyor belt without tension, sandwiched between the conveyor belt and the large roller, and then wound around the small roller, and passes through the roller at the exit of the washing chamber. output.
The Rotonet washing tank is equipped with three sets of jet water pipes in three rows, which can directly and indirectly spray the front and back of the fabric at high speed. The high-speed leisure water flow forms eddies in the mesh of the mesh conveyor belt, accelerating the shedding of dirt. At the same time, the fabric runs in an S-shape in the washing chamber, forming a countercurrent flushing, making the washing more thorough. The roller is located at the exit of the washing chamber. Before the fabric enters the second washing chamber, it can squeeze out the moisture in the fabric and enhance the washing effect. The mesh conveyor belt allows the fabric to be washed without hemming, tension, or direct injection from the jet water pipe. The fabric runs flat and has no wrinkles because the fabric is not under tension on the conveyor belt and because the fabric is on the conveyor belt. Micro-wrinkles are formed between the mesh holes, loosening and relaxing the fabric, making the washed fabric feel soft. And because the lotion can generate eddy currents in the mesh, water washing is more thorough and consumes less water.
