Use and maintenance of GTM rapier loom
In order to keep the equipment in good condition and ensure good product quality and high production efficiency, daily maintenance of the equipment is very important. Here we will take several machine models as examples to introduce the general use and maintenance of rapier looms. 1. Use and maintenance of GTM rapier loom This method can be referred to for GTM model, SGA726, GA737, WL450 and other looms. (1) Machine inspection and maintenance 1. Preparation before maintenance (1) Lower the heald frame, jog the loom to make the rapier head exit the weaving mouth, and park it at the heald level position, pull out the small handle on the let-off worm gear box, Disengage the worm and worm gear, rotate the weaving shaft, and at the same time push down the weight rod with your left hand to make the let-off belt be at the small diameter of the drive disc of the continuously variable transmission. Leave sufficient length required for warp joining, cut the warp yarns, knot them on the loom, remove the empty shaft and let the warp go to the designated place, and push back the new weaving shaft. (2) Prepare cleaning tools. Clean and inspect according to the sequence of suction, blowing and wiping. If any problems are found, notify the mechanic in time. 2. Pre-machine inspection (1) Check the top beam, heald frame upper frame and heald frame leading edge. (2) Check the side shear drive shaft. (3) Check the sword walking board and sword walking velvet. 3. Cleaning and inspection of the weft feed sword side (1) Check the relevant parts of the weft supply device, weft feeder and weft channel. (2) Clean each timing belt and check for cracks. (3) Remove the cover and clean the slow motor. (4) Clean the weft feed sword warehouse and guide rail. 4. Cleaning of the weft-connecting sword side (1) Clean the weft-connecting sword warehouse and guide rail. (2) Clean and inspect the false edge collection device. (3) Clean the surface of the main clutch, electric control box, fan and main oil pump. 5. Post-machine cleaning (1) Clean the heald frame and heald wires and check for looseness, and check whether the wooden guard plate of the heald frame is damaged. (2) Check the joints of the lifting rod and check the looseness and wear of each joint. (3) Clean the stop frame and check whether the screws are loose. (4) Clean and check the tension part of the rear beam. 6. Check and refuel the oil bath and each lubrication point (1) Check the oil level in the main oil tank. (2) Check that the oil level in the oil window of the dobby, coiling gearbox and let-off worm gearbox is not lower than the position line. (3) Use a grease gun to refuel at the centralized refueling point with No. 3 lithium-based grease. (4) Use an oil bottle to add N150 medium-load industrial gear oil to the following points: weft scissors, selvage scissors, waste edge collector, each joint of the hem transmission connecting rod, each joint of the heald frame transmission connecting rod, slow Side motor gearbox, etc. (2) Operation patrol inspection and maintenance Operation tour inspection and maintenance are divided into three types of inspections. 1. Category 1 inspection Category 1 inspection is conducted once a day. (1) Check that the sword head and sword belt are free of burrs. (2) Check whether the edge twisters on both sides are worn. (3) Check whether all electronic detection devices and sensors of the whole machine are functioning normally. (4) Check whether the sensitivity of the weft feeder is good and whether the weft tension device is worn. (5) Clean the waste yarn in the vacuum tube. 2. Category II inspection Category II inspection is performed once every 120 hours. (1) Check the main motor drive belt. (2) Check the dobby transmission timing belt. (3) Check the lubrication of the weft scissor blades, scissor cams and scissor hinge points. (4) Check whether the temple shaft drive is sensitive. (5) Check the lubrication of the rear beam system. (6) Check the oil level of each fuel tank. 3. Category III Inspection Category III inspection is the 1400h or machine-on-machine inspection. (1) Check the tension and wear of each drive belt. (2) Check the wear and tear of the sword-walking velvet on the sword-walking board. (3) Tighten the screw on the sword guide hook on the sword running board. (4) Check the temple height, depth and lateral position. (5) Check whether the weft scissor blade condition and shearing torque are normal. (6) Check the looseness of the rear beam shaft during the weaving process. (7) Check the condition of the sword head and sword belt. (8) Check the wear of the sword transfer wheel. (9) Check whether the braking angle of the whole machine is normal. (10) Check whether the clearance of the express clutch and slow speed search clutch is normal. (11) Check whether the searching and weft breaking processes are normal. (12) Check the lubrication condition of the entire machine. (13) Clean the coarse oil filter, fine oil filter and magnets in the main oil tank and other dirt. (3) Maintenance of lubrication system Maintenance and management of lubrication system are mainly for oil bath lubrication system. Now we will introduce the regular maintenance of SGA726 rapier loom. 1. Precautions before maintenance (1) When inspecting and repairing the oil bath system, the oil pressure sensor cannot be short-circuited. (2) All oil pipes and lengths have been carefully calculated to ensure the pressure required for lubrication. When replacing the oil pipe, the new oil pipe must be of the same specification as the old oil pipe. The oil pressure during normal driving is 0.2MPa, and the minimum is not less than 0.03 MPa. 2. Inspection of lubricating oil (1) The oil level of each oil tank should be checked once a week. (2) The lubricating oil in the main oil tank, coiling transmission box, crimping transmission box, and dobby machine should be replaced once a year. The lubricating oil in the main oil tank of a new machine should be replaced after three months of use. 3. Oil filter cleaning (1) The coarse oil filter and magnet in the main oil tank should be cleaned once a month. (2) The fine oil filter should be cleaned once every 14 days and replaced once every six months. (3) The oil filter on the dobby unit should be cleaned every 14 days. 4. Inspection of the lubrication system The lubrication system of the entire machine should be inspected every 1400 hours.
