Use and maintenance of SM type rapier loom
SM type, GA731-II type, CR-1000 type, G1724 type, GA731B type, TT96 type and LL681 type can refer to this method. (1) Lubrication 1. Components that adopt oil bath lubrication (see Table 1-2)
2. The centralized lubrication cam box is circulated and lubricated by an oil pump. The following matters should be noted (1) Refueling must go through the refueling port: in order to facilitate refueling , to remove the sealing cap on the device, you can also refuel from the opposite side. Before adding the required amount of oil, run the oil pump properly first. (2) Check the oil level: including viewing the transparent oil tank, it should be done about one minute after turning off the circulating oil pump. The oil level is just right when the lubricating oil is about 30mm below the top of the tank (the numbers shown are only approximate and vary according to the width of the loom). (3) Only after removing the filter cartridge can oil be added and the lubrication pump must be turned. This way, the oil can be sucked out of the tank and pumped out.
(4) After injecting lubricating oil, always check whether the required oil level has been reached through special checkpoints. The oil level of every unit must be checked monthly. (5) Cleaning and replacement of filters, the filter cartridge should be replaced or cleaned regularly. 3. The parts that need to be manually refueled every 12 days (the same as the oil used in transmission parts) (1) The joints of each connecting rod between the dobby pedal and the loom. (2) The axis center of each pulley of the let-off component. (3) Cloth loosening adjustment system sprocket, joint parts and lubrication parts of the pedal. (4) The joint rotation part of the weft selector. 4. Grease lubrication For the lubrication of the rocker shaft bushing, use ZL-1 lithium grease. Add grease once a day. Operate the oil pump on the right side of the loom and press the oil in. The steps are as shown in Figure 1-76. (1) Turn the release valve 1 until it is safely closed. (2) Press down the pressure lever 2 until the lock 3 protrudes 3mm. (3) Open the release valve 1 and check whether the lock 3 returns to its original position. 5. Parts that require workers to refuel regularly (see Table 1-3)
(2) Maintenance 1. Inspection of the gap between the electromagnetic clutch brake discs The gap between the brake discs should be checked every three months and must be maintained at 0.3~ 0.5mm gap. If it is a new loom, it should be inspected every month. Before inspection, first turn the switch of the main motor to the off position, and use the clutch pull-in switch to make the clutch work. Use a plug gauge to check the gap on the left side of the slot, as shown in Figure 1-77. Due to normal wear and tear, the 0.3~0.5mm gap will increase. A 0.2mm gasket 1 must be removed from each screw 2 to restore the normal 0.3~0.5mm gap. After a period of time, the 0.2mm 4 After all the gaskets have been removed, the next time the 1mm gaskets need to be removed, the above four 0.2mm gaskets must be replaced. Note: The number of washers removed from screw 2 each time must be equal. The control of the above-mentioned brake pad clearance is very important to prevent the brake pad and its internal spring from being overloaded.
2. Maintenance of the electromagnetic clutch (see Figure 1-78) The main faults of the electromagnetic clutch are that the pre-installed spring of the transmission plate 1 is bent or broken, and the center transmission plate 1, brake magnet 2, clutch magnet 3, and clutch rotor 4 are worn or break. The failure of the spring on the transmission plate 1 is mainly manifested in the fact that there is a brake when the loom is running normally, but there is no brake when it is inching. When the spring breaks, only the spring blades need to be replaced if the other parts 1, 2, 3, and 4 do not suffer any wear due to the spring break. While waiting for spare parts, you can use the inching range adjustment to overcome the inconvenience of not having an inching brake. How to replace the spring leaf (see Figure 1-78): (1) Drain the lubricating oil from the transmission box, remove the transmission belt, remove screws 13 and 10, then remove the clutch, and adjust it with eccentric screw 15 when reinstalling Gear 11 clearance. (2) Loosen the 4 screws 7 and remove the gasket 8. Do not arrange the 1mm and 0.2mm thick gaskets in a disorderly manner. Remember the relevant screws. When reinstalling, they must be completely restored to their original positions. (3) Remove the entire brake device together with the housing 9, and loosen the locking device 6 of the transmission plate 1. (4) Remove the transmission plate 1, connect the new spring leaf and the transmission plate 1, and install the upper transmission plate 1. (5) Connect the brake plug and the clutch 16 plug from the loom, energize the brake magnet 2 and attract the transmission plate 1. (6) To ensure that the transmission plate 1 is tightly attached to the electromagnet 2, you can tap the transmission plate 1 lightly with the handle of a hammer. (7) Install the adjustment tool 5 on the end face of the gear shaft, and check that the three holes on the tool are aligned with the three screws of the locking device 6. (8) Use screw 14 to pre-tension, so that the connecting shaft on the transmission plate is pressed down by 1mm, and then tighten the three screws corresponding to the upper holes of 5 with a torque of 37N?m, then remove 5 and tighten the other screws. (9) Remove the power plug and check the brake pad. It should not be able to rotate at will. If it can be rotated with a very light force, the tension pre-tension is incorrect and should be readjusted. (10) Install the 9 shell, and put the gasket 8 on according to the original combination. Pay attention to embedding the cable into the slot to avoid short circuit. (11) Check the brake pad clearance according to Figure 1-77, so that the clearance is between 0.3~0.5mm. (12) Install clutch 16, adjust gear clearance, and add lubricating oil. When any one of components 1, 2, 3, and 4 is worn or broken, replace it as follows. ① Complete actions (1), (2), (3), and (4) in the above method. ② Remove components 1, 2, 3, and 4. ③ Loosen the screw 12 that assembles the electromagnet 3. ④Install 3 and 4 at their corresponding positions, and check that the cables are embedded in their corresponding slots to avoid short circuits. ⑤Install magnet 2. ⑥ Complete actions (5) to (12) in the above method. ⑦ Parking multiple times in a row,The clutch automatically adjusts to the optimal state.
3. Tianma rapier loom clutch maintenance The structure of the electromagnetic clutch is shown in Figure 1-79. The gap between the center disk 1 of the device and the clutch magnet 5 must be checked every three months, see Figure 1-80. The gap must be between 0.3~0.5mm. If the loom is started for the first time, it must be inspected after one month of operation. This inspection is particularly important, as it is related to the life of the device. It must be inspected according to the following instructions. (1) Insert a special pin (Part No. GO400) provided with the loom into a screw hole in the center plate. The three holes are spaced 120° apart. (2) Measure the distance between the pin and the edge of the detection port, and move the center plate to the clutch side. (3) Make the same measurement, this time moving the center disc to the brake side. This requires unplugging the solenoid connector, cutting off power to both solenoids, and connecting the clutch power plug to the brake coil plug. (4) The difference between the two values of such a decision gives the value of the gap. Because the distance to be measured is a few tenths of a millimeter, a micrometer is used. If the value of the gap is not within the correct range, a certain number of spacers need to be added or subtracted (Figure 1-81) until the measured value meets the required value. When changing shims, it is especially important to add or subtract the same number of shims to each of the 4 shims. If the loom cannot stop at the required position, then you must check: the gap between the center disk and the magnet (see Figure 1-81). When abnormality is detected, the braking voltage needs to be adjusted. Before changing the supply voltage, the value of the gap should be checked. Regarding the gap between the center disc and the brake magnet, use a thickness gauge to measure it. It should be between 0~0.1mm. (5) Do not preload the center disc onto the brake magnet under any circumstances. (6) How to check the gap (see Figure 1-80 and Figure 1-81): ① Insert the supplied plug into the screw hole of the center plate (the three screw holes are spaced 120° apart). ② Pull the center disk toward the brake and measure the distance between the plug and the edge of the test port. ③ Remove the power plug from the brake coil, and do not use excessive force when measuring the adjustment distance of the new electromagnetic clutch pad. ④The difference between the two distances constitutes the gap on one side of the brake (generally between 0 and 0.1mm). In order to restore the normal clearance value, when the clearance is to be reduced, the following adjustments should be made: ⑤ Add a certain number of pads 2 to each screw 1. The thickness of the added pads must be equal to the brake thickness measured in advance. side gap. ⑥The thickness of the gasket added to screw 1 must be removed from screw 3. ⑦ Retighten all screws 1 and check the two gaps. As mentioned above, be sure not to preload the center disc onto the brake magnet as it can seriously damage the operation of the slow motor unit. (3) Belt replacement and tension adjustment 1. Toothed belt If the toothed belt needs to be replaced, the toothed pulley needs to be cleaned and inspected. (1) Remove the old belt and clean the belt gear with a metal brush, being careful not to scratch the tooth shape. (2) Use a dry cloth to wipe off the oil stains on it. Do not use solvents. (3) Check the condition of the toothed pulley, tensioner pulley and its blue plate. If damaged, replace it. (4) Install the belt and tighten it as required. 2. Tension adjustment of the toothed belt driven by the dobby or cam opening mechanism (1) The toothed belt between the spindle and the DA40 automatic weft search, its model is 770XH150. When using the tensioning wheels on both sides to tighten, the belt must be pressed down 9.3mm with a force of 4.1kg. (2) The toothed belt between the DA40 automatic weft finding device and the input shaft of the cam opening mechanism is model 390H200. When using the tensioning wheel on the belt to tighten it, use a force of 5.6kg to press down the belt 4.5mm. 3. The transmission belt between the “V” belt main motor and the clutch input shaft is a “3V-560” narrow V-belt. The “V” belt transmits power by friction of the pulleys. Excessive power will damage the belt and Motor bearings and clutches, so precise tensioning is particularly important. When the “3V-560” belt is tightened, a pressure of 3kg should be added to the middle position of the two belts to make the belt bend down 7mm. The belt tension is optimal at this time. (4) Cleaning of the loom Regular cleaning of the weaving area of the loom is particularly necessary. If it is not cleaned regularly and excessive dust accumulates, parts at the cloth mouth may be damaged during the rest of the loom. In order to avoid this situation, whenever you replace the weaving beam, you must thoroughly clean the cloth mouth and blow compressed air from the middle to both sides of the loom. In the process of cleaning the cloth mouth of the loom, other parts should also be cleaned as necessary, such as the overall machine body, weft feeder, vacuum filter, healds, heald frames, stop devices, back beams, and dobby links. Rod etc. (5) Maintenance plan The following plan is based on 120 working hours (5 days) per week. 1. Daily maintenance work (1) Pump grease: press 1 to 2 times. (2) Clean the motor fan protective cover. (3) Clean the fan protective cover of the vacuum motor. (4) Clean the vacuum cleaner filter. (5) Clean the waste edge collection box.
