JW813 water-jet loom is produced by Qingdao Yinchun Machinery Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Qingdao Xinghuo Group and Yinchun Machinery Co., Ltd. (Taiwan Province, China), which is established in Jiaonan City, Shandong Province.
Suitable weaving varieties Suitable for weaving various hydrophobic chemical fiber fabrics, and can weave light, medium-thick and heavy fabrics of plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, small patterns and other structures. The fabric weight range is 50~350g/m2, the yarn linear density ranges from 33~880dtex (30~800 denier), and the weft density ranges from 50~600 threads/10cm. Among them, the JW908 type is more suitable for heavy fabrics, and the JW620 type is suitable for medium and thick fabrics, with a wider range of adaptability.
Structural type This machine model has a steel frame structure, which improves the stability of the equipment and facilitates high-speed and high-efficiency weaving.
Shedding device: The crank connecting rod shedding and cam shedding can be equipped with 8 heald frames, and the dobby shedding can be equipped with 16 heald frames.
The weft insertion device adopts a new type of water pump and an adjustable nozzle for weft insertion to improve the jet clustering and weft insertion capabilities. There are single pump and double pump weft insertion, which expands the weaving range.
The beat-up device adopts a short handle to drive the four-link beat-up on both sides, and the high-strength beat-up shaft avoids the uneven cloth fell caused by the beat-up and improves the quality of the fabric.
The warp let-off device adopts a heavy hammer to adjust the tension and a continuously variable speed warp let-off mechanism to make the warp tension even and stable, with a wider tension adjustment range and easy adjustment.
The winding device adopts an automatic tension adjustment mechanism so that the fabric can be wound with a more stable tension. The rod-type mechanism avoids wrinkles of the fabric.
Length measurement device There are two types of mechanical length measurement: RDP and RS. The double nozzle adopts electronic length measurement, which improves the weft insertion speed.
Control system The electrical control part adopts a programmable controller for signal control, inference and display, which has the characteristics of easy operation, high precision and good reliability.
The lubrication system adopts box-type oil bath lubrication, splash oil lubrication and centralized multi-point refueling lubrication. The noise is reduced and the service life of the loom is extended.
Wide-width series water-jet looms produced by wide-width series, with reed widths of 300cm, 340cm, 360cm, etc., can be equipped with 1 or 2 colors of free weft insertion, and can be equipped with automatic weft repair device and automatic weaving water device. .
