Main structure of M-type polyphase loom
1. Structure of the M8300 multi-phase loom The M8300 air-jet loom is composed of independent station components (Figure 5-2), namely: (1) The warp and shed form an independent station assembly. (2) Weaving independent station components. (3) Cloth rolling control assembly. (4) Weft supply component. The warp component consists of a warp beam, a yarn guide roller, and a warp adjustment device. The main purpose of designing a weaving independent station component and the warp and shed forming an independent station component is to turn the warp yarn component into an independent station module and change the warp yarn more quickly (less than 45 minutes). When the diameter of the warp beam reaches 1600mm (usually 940~1250mm) and the cloth is rolled on a constant pressure winding device, the time spent on replacing the warp beam is reduced by at least 1/3. The rotating weaving drum is a weaving component supply component, and it can rotate forward and reverse.
The central electrical control components and weft supply components are centrally mounted on the frame. Depending on the size of the site, the cloth rolling device can be arranged above the loom (Figure 5-3). The installation of the loom can also be done in various ways, as shown in Figure 5-4. The cloth take-up shaft can be set in as many ways as possible under agreed conditions. The weft yarn supply assembly consists of a feed element for each spinning yarn.
