1. Types of rapier heads
(1) Generally speaking, they are classified according to the materials used in the main body of the rapier heads, which are mainly divided into two categories: carbon fiber laminated material rapier heads and metal rapier heads. kind. (2) Specifically for each type of rapier head, some rapier heads can be divided according to the thickness of the spinning yarn, such as FAST, THEMA11E, GTM-AS and other rapier heads. It is divided into three types: coarse type, fine type and standard type.
2. Technical requirements for rapier head
(1) The surface of the rapier head is clean and has no waste edges, no burrs, no cracks, no dents, bubbles and other defects.
(2) The warp contact surface on the back of the sword head is smooth and streamlined, and there should be no defects such as warp breakage.
(3) The yarn-clipping working surface of the weft-feeding sword should be tight and seamless. After the weft yarn enters, the clamping is firm, reliable, not loose, and does not take off the yarn. The yarn can be released smoothly when the opening button is pressed.
(4) The hooking end of the weft sword and the yarn clamping rod cooperate with the working surface to form a wedge-shaped angle. When the weft yarn enters, it should be stuck in time without loosening, cutting, or detaching. Press the opening button ( Opener), the weft yarn can be released smoothly.
(5) The weft delivery sword and the weft receiving sword should be accurate and reliable in delivering the weft yarn, and the sword heads should not rub or collide with each other.
(6) The weft entrance of the sword head should allow the weft to enter smoothly, and the yarn should not be hung when passing through the warp.
(7) The body of the rapier head made of medium and high-speed carbon fiber laminate material should be conductive, and the resistance value between any two points should not be greater than 250Ω.
