Shuttle loom parts and accessories
No matter what kind of shuttleless loom it is, it is composed of countless parts. A fabric company needs dozens, hundreds or thousands of looms. Therefore, organizing the production of shuttleless looms needs to be carried out in accordance with the principles of specialized production and social collaboration. During the research and development process of shuttleless looms, we also considered the issue of mutual borrowing and common use of parts in the same principle and the same structure. Especially for rapier looms and air-jet looms of the same type, parts that can be borrowed from each other are also considered. The parts are more than half the size. Such product research and development and product design also lay the foundation for professional production and social collaboration. Shuttleless looms are composed of many parts. These parts cannot all be produced in one factory. They must rely on social forces and carry out specialized production according to the geometric type of the parts. The spare parts are supplied to the host manufacturer for final assembly and debugging before leaving the factory. In actual shuttleless loom manufacturing enterprises, the parts they may produce themselves account for less than half of the price of the complete machine, and the other half comes from socialized production. The organizational production methods of machinery enterprises in industrially developed countries can be summarized as focusing on product research and development, focusing on mastering key core manufacturing technologies, focusing on product assemblies, and focusing on technical services. These “four main points” are actually a virtuous cycle of product development and production for a machinery manufacturing enterprise. The first part of this book introduces the basic structure of some looms, and also involves some accessories, such as the control parts of the main machine, but it cannot introduce the manufacturer. In the second part of this book, some accessories and equipment for looms are introduced, but it is impossible to include all professionally produced parts, so a separate chapter is listed later to introduce the production of components and parts. Of course, due to space limitations, only a few parts and supporting manufacturers can be listed as examples.
