Printed and dyed into silk-style patterns and colors
After the polyester fabric is finished with imitation silk, the fibers become thinner and the surface concentration of the coloring matter becomes thinner. This concentration decreases with the increase of the weight loss rate. This tendency is more significant when dyeing with dense colors. Therefore, in order to obtain the same performance concentration as ordinary fibers, it is necessary to increase the amount of dye when dyeing. Generally, increase the amount of dye by 20%-40% when dyeing light colors. Color increases by 70%-120%. Due to the large amount of dyeing, the wet fastness, sublimation and ironing fastness will be reduced by 0.5-1 level. The points to note when dyeing fine yarn polyester fabrics are summarized as follows: (1) Use dyes with high utilization rates (especially when dyeing strong colors). (2) Use dyes with excellent fastness (especially when dyeing strong colors). (3) Level dyeing performance (especially when dyeing light colors). (4) Hue changes caused by heat setting. (5) Wash thoroughly after coloring to remove floating color. In recent years, silk fabrics have increasingly adopted anti-discharge printing. Compared with direct printing, it has the advantages of clear and precise patterns, a sense of standing, no bleeding in the color registration part, and good evenness of the printing background. For this reason, Japan’s polyester imitation silk discharge-resistant printing and finishing is increasing day by day.
