Selection of polyester (1) Length of polyester: When other conditions (such as single fiber strength, linear density, etc.) remain unchanged, the length of polyester determines the linear density of linen low special yarn spinning. The length of polyester and specifications of blended chemical fiber fabric yarn can be found in Table 9-2. (2) Strength of polyester: When other conditions (such as polyester length, linear density and flax fiber quality, etc.) remain unchanged, the strength of polyester determines the strength of single yarn and the spinnability of blended chemical fiber fabric yarn. The strength of polyester should be greater than 44cN/tex (5gf/denier). Practice has proved that the strength of polyester can be increased by 10%, and the strength of spinning yarn can be increased by more than 15%. (3) Line density of polyester: The line density of polyester and the line density of flax fiber after bleaching should be similar. The linear density of flax fiber after scouring is about 5-6.67dtex (1500-2000 denier). You can choose 2.78-3.33dtex (2.5-3 denier) polyester and flax fiber blended chemical fiber fabrics. Choose 2.78-3 ．33dtex (2.5-3 denier) polyester has a significant effect on improving yarn quality. The length of polyester and the yarn specifications of blended chemical fiber fabrics are shown in Table 9-2.
