Processing and production of jute blended yarn
Remarkable progress has been made abroad in the application of new spinning finishing technology to produce jute blended chemical fiber fabric yarn. Jute fiber has the characteristics of high special number (about 28tex), high strength, low elongation (less than 1.8%) and good hygroscopicity (natural moisture regain 13%). It is different from other fibers such as cotton, viscose fiber and polyester. And other blended chemical fiber fabrics are sorted into blended chemical fiber fabric yarn on new cloth equipment. The product has many advantages. At present, there are three technological methods for the production of jute blended chemical fiber fabric yarn, namely rotor spinning, self-twisting spinning and friction spinning. Rotor spinning technology is used to produce jute blended chemical fiber fabric yarn, and the spinning quality has been improved through continuous improvement. When the ratio of jute and cotton blended chemical fiber fabric is 3:7, the strength, unevenness and feel of the blended chemical fiber fabric yarn are significantly improved. Increasing the jute fiber content in blended chemical fiber fabrics not only enables product quality to meet the requirements of weaving and consumers, but also reduces the cost of blended chemical fiber fabric yarns due to the low price of jute. Self-twisting spinning technology is used to produce blended chemical fiber fabric yarns of jute and other chemical fibers. Because jute fiber has higher properties and longer fibers, it can be blended with chemical fiber fabrics of corresponding lengths to produce low-twist thick special yarns. Blended chemical fiber yarn fabric has certain insulation and corrosion resistance. Friction spinning technology can be used to produce core-spun yarns of blended chemical fiber fabrics of jute and other various fibers. The jute fiber is in the inner layer of the core-spun yarn, and a small amount of jute fiber is exposed in the outer layer. After mechanical and chemical treatment in the post-process, the wearing performance is better. The jute fiber exposed in the outer layer of the yarn falls off after friction, making it more comfortable to wear.
