Oil-based and water-based textile auxiliaries are commonly used in the textile industry. Different textile printing and dyeing manufacturers will selectively select oily/water-based fabrics for water-repellent finishing according to their own needs. Oil-based Texnology®6120, resistant to hydrostatic pressure, has excellent long-lasting waterproof performance.
Texnology®6120 is an environmentally friendly fluorine-containing oil-based waterproofing agent developed in compliance with international environmental protection requirements. It is safe and environmentally friendly. Oil-based Texnology® 6120 is often used in the finishing of textiles such as online belts (i.e. thread making and webbing), cloth, shoe materials, etc., giving textiles long-lasting water impact resistance, water penetration resistance, water repellency and hydrostatic pressure resistance.
During the production process, compared to conventional water-based, oil-based waterproofing agent Texnology® 6120 can be recycled and reused, and also shows good waterproofing effects. It is suitable for continuous and intermittent production in factories. It only needs to be dried at room temperature or air-dried. That’s it, there is no need to purchase equipment such as ovens (low-carbon production), which greatly saves production costs for textile printing and dyeing manufacturers.
