Fabric antistatic finishing uses special finishing additives to finish the fabric to give the fiber surface a certain degree of hygroscopicity and ionicity, thereby reducing or inhibiting the generation of static charges and achieving antistatic purposes.
Antistatic agent Texnology® NW16 is a non-ionic antistatic agent composed of modified organic phosphate compounds. Used for post-finishing fabrics, it can reduce the static charge and half-life of fabrics during production and use, as well as fabric cutting, sewing, etc. Static electricity is generated during processing, thereby reducing the accumulation of static electricity during the wearing or display of garments. It is suitable for antistatic finishing of synthetic fibers, cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics in waterproof and oil-proof finishing. Anti-static finishing of non-woven fabrics, anti-static finishing of men’s and women’s outerwear, sports and casual wear. It has little impact on the anti-alcohol effect and is suitable for medical nonwoven processing.
