Application case of polyester yarn using fluorine-free waterproofing agent for water-repellent finishing

Fluorine-free and C6 are currently widely used textiles in the market, and are mostly used to make fabrics waterproof, oil-proof or water-repellent.

Some time ago, a customer found our company’s website through an online search for fluorine-free products. The customer learned that our company sells fluorine-free products. After the customer communicated with our company, our company learned that the customer wanted to do a separate water-repellent treatment for a batch of polyester yarns. The water-repellent treatment must reach level 3, and the product price should be lower.

According to the customer’s requirements, our staff has tested, evaluated and compared different fluorine-free products, and found that the waterproof function of fluorine-free Texnology® M370 and fluorine-free Texnology® M380 is ideal and can meet the customer’s requirements. Later, our company recommended two products, fluorine-free Texnology®M370 and fluorine-free Texnology®M380, for customers to choose from.

The customer first sorted the polyester yarn through small and medium samples. According to later customer feedback, we said that the two fluorine-free products were quite effective and could achieve level 3 waterproofing. Finally, the customer purchased a batch of goods from our company for production, and our company won the trust of the customer.

The fluorine-free series products developed by our company have excellent water-repellent properties and are widely used. They are suitable for finishing cellulose fibers, synthetic fibers and their blended fabrics. They can make the finished fabrics 100 points waterproof and protect the finished fabrics from being easily damaged. Water stains get wet.
