Previously, a textile manufacturer ordered a batch of goods from our company for production. Recently, the customer called our company to inquire about waterproof and oil-repellent agents. After communicating with the customer, our company learned that the customer now wants to add waterproof, oil-proof and anti-fouling functions to the polyester-cotton fabric, which is waterproof level 5, oil-proof level 6, and can be washed about 30 times.
The customer’s requirements are relatively high, so our technical staff conducted tests, evaluations and comparisons by using different carbon six waterproof and oil repellent agents. Later, our company recommended the carbon six waterproof and oil repellent agent Texnology ®FCB058 to the customer for testing.
The customer used the carbon six waterproof and oil repellent agent Texnology ®FCB058 recommended by our company for three-proof finishing of polyester and cotton fabrics. The customer reported to our company that the effect test was OK and it can basically meet the customer’s requirements. Later, the customer purchased a batch of goods from our company again for production, and our company reached a second order with the customer.
