The customer wanted our company to use GB/T 4745-2021, GB/T 19977-2014, and FZ/T 14021-2011. The test standard is to perform waterproof, oil-proof and anti-fouling finishing on polyester fabrics in order, with level 4 waterproofing, level 5 oil-proofing and level 4 easy stain removal. According to the customer’s requirements and fabric samples, our staff analyzed and tested the fabric and determined the best process formula: Texnology® three-proof finishing agent, 2-6%, one dip and one rolling (pressure: 3kg) → Dry and bake (160℃X2min). After the customer finishes the fabric through our recommended process formula and Texnology® three-proof finishing agent, the effect can meet the customer’s requirements. In the end, the customer purchased bulk goods from our company for production and received the customer order.
