1.Sunlight fastness
Sunlight fastness, also known as sun color fastness, refers to the degree to which colored fabrics change color due to sunlight. According to the national standard, it is divided into 8 levels, 8 is good, and 1 is poor. The wet rubbing fastness of fabric mainly depends on the selection of dye, the combination of dye and fiber and the uniformity of dye penetration. If the dye concentration used during dyeing is not properly adjusted and the dyeing concentration is high, it will easily cause floating color and low wet rubbing fastness. 3.Soaping fastness
It refers to the degree of fading of dyed products after soaping in soap solution under specified conditions. It includes two items: original fading and white cloth staining. Original fading refers to the fading of printed and dyed fabrics before and after soaping; white cloth staining refers to the situation where white cloth and dyed fabrics are sewn together in a certain way. After soaping, the white cloth loses color due to fading of the dyed fabrics. Soaping fading of dyed products is when the dye on the fabric is exposed to external force and detergent in the soap solution, destroying the combination of the dye and the fiber, causing the dye to fall off the fabric and fade. The factors that affect soaping fastness mainly include dye selection, dyeing process, concentration, soaping conditions, etc.
