The yarn-dyed industry has always been a traditional advantageous industry in my country’s textile industry. At present, the entire industry is developing well, but it is also affected by the general global economic downturn. There are phenomena such as overcapacity, product “homogenization”, and disorderly competition. As a result, the product research and development and production technology development of the vast number of yarn-dyed enterprises in our country are extremely unbalanced, and there is still a certain gap with developed countries in the world. So what are the styles and characteristics of new yarn-dyed fabric products?
1. Empty reed changes warp density and weft density to create crepe and foam fabric
Traditional foam crepe yarn-dyed products are produced through a biaxial let-off system so that the foam warp yarns and ground warp yarns have different let-off amounts, or through printing and dyeing processes such as mechanical hot rolling or local concentrated alkali treatment. Currently, some yarn-dyed fabric manufacturers use Crepe foam products produced by means such as empty reed to change warp density and weft density or new methods are more natural and colorful.

2. Double layer plus cut-out fabric
Double-layer yarn-dyed products (Figure 2) designed by joining double layers and changing layers between the inside and outside have emerged one after another. At this exhibition, there were many products that were cut and processed on the original double-layer fabrics, which bodes well for the future. Such products will evolve.

In the past few years, printing processing based on traditional yarn-dyed fabrics has appeared, but it has not become popular in the market. In many exhibitions, many manufacturers have displayed their new products. The pattern designs of these products are flexible, rich and interesting. They can compete with the yarn-dyed jacquard fabrics, but their production costs are significantly lower than the yarn-dyed jacquard fabrics. It improves the grade of yarn-dyed products, enriches the categories of yarn-dyed products, increases the artistry and decoration of its products, and expands its application fields.

Due to the extensive use of texture CAD and the popularization of electronic jacquard machines, the product design, machine assembly and production cycle of yarn-dyed jacquard fabrics have been greatly shortened. Therefore, its development momentum has been relatively rapid in recent years, with more and more varieties. Rich, various new raw materials are available. And there is a trend of industrial cluster development. For example, there are many manufacturers of such products in the Rugao area of Jiangsu Province, accounting for about 1/3 of the country’s total.
5. Denim is functional and fashionable
Today’s development and innovation of denim fabrics are mainly achieved through the rational application of new materials and international popular colors, as well as changes in organizational structure and functional finishing. At present, the varieties of denim fabrics are very rich and their uses are becoming more and more extensive. Their products are aimed at The trend of high-end development is obvious. Various new raw materials and yarns are used in the development of denim. New finishing processes such as ozone washing, liquid ammonia mercerization, biological enzyme polishing and laser engraving have greatly improved the style and quality of denim. comfort, thereby expanding its application areas. The functionality and fashion of denim are the enduring source of this type of product. Some of the denim is shown below.
