Dai Lixing: The shrinkage of fibers is an important function that affects the performance and style of fiber wear. Different shrinkages have particularly different characteristics and application fields, so the production of ultra-fine fibers with controllable shrinkage is of great practical significance.
The direct spinning method to prepare ultra-fine fully drawn yarn is to directly form ultra-fine fibers through micropores on a conventional FDY spinning machine. The process is simple, the production cost is low, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, but the fiber-forming process of direct spinning to produce ultra-fine fibers is Spinnability, cooling technology during melt spinning, fiber breakage and prevention of lint are the difficulties in production control. It is difficult to directly form ultrafine fibers through micropores on a conventional FDY spinning machine.
