However, there are many soaping standards, such as temperatures of 40°C, 60°C and even higher 95°C; there are many types of detergents, including phosphorus-free and phosphorus-based; and the washing time also varies. Therefore, under different washing standards, the obtained waterproof zipper tape fastness is not comparable. Moreover, high soaping intensity will cause the tape fastness to decrease. Therefore, in the normal washing process of clothes, it is not advisable to use high-temperature water and excessively strong detergents for waterproof zippers. Generally, the temperature should not be too high, neutral and weakly alkaline detergents should be used, and the time should not exceed 30 minutes, etc. It is important when choosing zipper products to choose products with higher soaping fastness as much as possible.
d. Color migration problem: Many waterproof zipper manufacturers often use materials with special properties, such as PVC, PE cloth and various functionally coated fabrics. The processing technology of these fabrics is complex and some plasticizers usually remain. , solvents and other chemical additives. Due to the presence of additives, when in contact with the fiber tape for a long time, the additives will penetrate into the fiber and make it easier for the dye molecules to diffuse from the inside of the fiber to the surface. If the fabric is white or light-colored, the fabric will stain easily.
