1. When texnology® M390 is used with fluorine, its application level depends on the dosage of fluorine. Generally speaking, the dosage is 20%-100% of the fluorine, and the pH of the bath solution is controlled at 5-6.
2. texnology® M390 is usually processed by a setting machine in the dyeing and finishing factory. An ordinary setting machine (two-roller or three-roller) is sufficient, which is consistent with the usual resin finishing method. The water bath temperature is generally controlled at 15-35°C. texnology® M390 is easily soluble in water. The WPU of nylon taffeta or polyester fabrics is usually 20-40%, and the WPU of polyester/cotton fabrics is usually 75-100%. Since the actual production equipment pressure and suction rates of each manufacturer are different, the recommended formulas will be different, and the different pressure and suction rates need to be corrected by adjusting the concentration of the agent.
3. In order to achieve the required wetting and penetration effects, non-rewetting humectants can be added, such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol or non-rewetting surfactants. It is recommended to add 0.5-1.0g/l non-rewetting surfactant or 10-30g/l alcohol to the bath solution when processing difficult-to-wet fabrics. However, only non-rewetting surfactants are recommended when used in the same bath with texnology® XR88.

When using alcohol as a lubricantWhen using an agent, it must be diluted and dissolved completely before adding, and it is recommended to add it before other ingredients in the bath.
When there is too much foam and a defoamer needs to be added, it is recommended to use a silicone-free defoamer. Before using a defoamer, conduct prior testing and evaluation of the compatibility of the defoamer with the bath solution and the impact of the defoamer on the performance of the final product.
