An environmental protection technology company’s environmental protection and energy-saving project using waste polyester bottle flakes to produce 40,000 tons of POY/DIY annually and co-produce 40,000 tons of blankets has become a representative project of environmental protection and circular economy in the domestic chemical fiber industry.
According to statistics, the consumption of mineral water bottles and Coca-Cola bottles is increasing year by year. Last year, the global consumption exceeded 8 million tons, and it is growing at an annual rate of more than 20%. With the rapid development of my country’s national economy, my country’s polyester industrial yarn production capacity, output and demand have increased significantly, and the domestic market is in short supply. At the same time, in the key industry technology development projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, industrial textiles are listed as a new economic growth point in the textile industry.
This project adopts the patented technology of “well water spray cooling chemical fiber spinning air conditioning unit” and selects advanced equipment and process technology to lay a reliable technical foundation to ensure the production of high-grade, high-quality dty and blankets. The construction of this project effectively solved the problem of reusing waste polyester flakes. In addition, the project uses energy-saving and water-saving measures to recycle water and heat resources: rainwater + air-conditioning water + fresh water → cleaning bottle flakes → sedimentation → washing machine, printing machine → sewage treatment → washing machine, printing machine (70-75% Recyclable water can be used) → A small amount of sewage will be discharged into the sewage treatment plant after reaching the standard, which solves environmental protection problems.
At present, a certain environmental protection technology has production technology and production management experience in all aspects of production project construction, commissioning and commissioning, normal operation, etc., and has reserved a group of senior professional technical and management talents. In 2015, the company plans to add 2 new blanket production lines; 1 spinning production line; and purchase 36 auxiliary equipment.
